Our Team

Dr. Kayla Bravo was born and raised in San Jose, California. After graduating from high school, she moved to San Francisco to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. While at San Francisco State University, she volunteered at various hospitals and non-profit organizations around the Bay Area. It was there that she grew a passion and love for helping people and wanted to become a chiropractor.

In 2013 she attended Palmer West Chiropractic School in San Jose, CA, and learned not only how to provide pain relief but also how to improve the quality of life for her patients. At Palmer, she studied multiple techniques including Activator, Drop, Diversified, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Extremity adjusting, pediatric, and pre and postnatal care. Dr. Bravo performs multiple soft tissue and physiotherapeutic techniques, such as, myofascial release technique, Tecnica Gavilan, Rocktape FMT1, and FMT2.

She is certified in Webster Technique from ICPA4kids and is a Tummy Team practitioner helping with pelvic floor dysfunction. Dr. Bravo has a love and passion for working with people that want to grow their family, who are pregnant, postpartum, and helping meet development milestones throughout the different stages of pediatric growth.

After Graduating in 2016, she moved to Yuma, Arizona to be with her husband who was serving in the United States Marine Corps. There she opened up her own practice and served their community for three years. When her husband was honorably discharged, they moved back home to beautiful San Jose, California to be with their family and had a beautiful son. When she is not treating patients she loves being with her family, doing crafts, traveling, camping, and being outdoors.

Maria is a proud San Jose native. She enjoys camping, chasing waterfalls, watching movies and spending time with her loved ones.

Maria has been with A Family Chiro since December of 2020.

Rosalina was born and raised in San Jose. Prior to working at A Family Chiropractic, she worked in retail for three years. One of the best things that could have happened to her was becoming a mother in July of 2021 to a beautiful baby boy. On her days off she loves to spend time with him and her family. She loves connecting with patients and learning about all the benefits Chiropractic care can offer.
